Ordering

All items on our site are priced in Euros and are inclusive of the VAT. When you place an order you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. You will then receive another email when your order has been dispatched.

We ship worldwide from France. Dispatch times vary according to availability. We aim to ship your order within 2 to 4 days for items in stock. For items shipped to France, we use tracked shipping system from La Poste. Please note that custom duties and taxes for orders shipped outside of the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.

Our items are handmade, so there might be variations on the colors due to natural hand made processes. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive your package to discuss the reasons. The item may then be returned undammaged and unused in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. The return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We are sorry we can not accept returns of commissioned items.

We accept only regular account payments all through PayPal for the moment. If you live in France, you can also ask for Cuèque payment, by sending an email at [email protected]. 

We will never pass your details on to any third party. Your details will solely be used by us to send you updates via our mailing list. You can unsubscribe from the mailing list if you do not wish to receive any newsletters from us.
